Pros
It’s fine for newcomers to join R&D just to collect a paycheck, but don’t pick up bad habits—when you go to another company, people will sarcastically ask what you actually learned.
Cons
The HR and KPI systems are laughable.
The factory division is run as a one-person dictatorship, where bad money drives out good.
The influential, high-ranking person in the business division really likes accepting projects indiscriminately.
