A company where the FAE department inexplicably lays people off before the end of their probationary period. The people there are unwilling to teach, and they arbitrarily dismiss employees based on unreasonable work expectations and subjective opinions (before the dismissal, the company did not propose any improvement plan for the employee and instead gave sudden, immediate notice!!)
