Interview questions:
1. What animals do you like? (To assess personality; personally, I feel this leans toward subjective assumptions.)
2. What software are you proficient in? (Including programming languages; list three.)
3. What are your deal-breakers?
Each side asks three questions.
The questions were very direct, and they seemed very concerned about whether people are easy to get along with. The position was advertised as a programmer and AI engineer, but the actual compensation was not as good as stated on 104, and the work content was not related to AI. The interviewer did not know how to use Google Meet. The workplace and the registered business address were different. There appeared to be only three male managers in the office, including the interviewer. Before the interview, all of the company's job postings on 104 suddenly disappeared... My intuition was that something seemed strange about this company... The interviewer made subjective judgments about people (you can draw this out by asking indirect questions)... Personally, I felt it was not quite normal, so I decided to leave first and think about it later.
