1. People with connections: many things have nothing to do with them; people without connections: everything has “something” to do with them.
2. People with connections can continually assign work, while people without connections only have the right to accept tasks and no资格 to speak.
3. People with connections are introduced by their supervisors to upper management and helped to build networks; people without connections are instead trained in resilience and a sense of responsibility.
4. The greatest skill of people with connections is not their ability to work, but their ability to push away every responsibility that should have been theirs and still walk away unscathed.
5. I don’t know what promotions are based on, but it’s definitely not ability.
