The colleagues are very old, with outdated mindsets.
The work mainly consists of tenders and in-house systems.
The work involves writing a pile of proposals and understanding a bunch of regulations. It is extremely boring.
And in this day and age, does a software company really expect employees to pay out of pocket for M365 and AI accounts?
The computer subsidy is paid out over more than 30 months.
I advise people who come for an interview to think twice.
The salary is very low—either around the average or below average.
