Pros
High salary, comprehensive systems.
Cons
The overtime culture is severe; employees are expected to work overtime alongside their supervisors.
Even after leaving the company, internal staff still couldn’t get the situation straight and called to ask about work-related matters. It was still causing inconvenience to others even after the procedures had been completed.
