This is the tearful history of an engineer repeatedly subcontracted by HR Lynn at “X帆科技” in Xinyi District.

This company is like a massive dumping ground. During the interview, they went on and on about a learning roadmap🎯,

but after joining, I discovered that I was merely a cheap, disposable outsourced worker. I strongly advise everyone not to come!

The interviews here are chaotic, there are no benefits whatsoever, and there is an even greater lack of a professional management system. The autocratic supervisor has no direction,

changing instructions every few hours. Absurd things happen constantly at the company: an astronaut appeared in the office,

employees were asked to handle private matters, and when the supervisor got lost while driving, everyone had to remotely give directions. Working here,

every day feels like being forced to play soccer while swimming; the conflicting pace is emotionally and physically exhausting. Even more cold-blooded,

when a former colleague died of cancer and the funeral was held, the company actually made things difficult and refused to grant leave. This exploitative company has survived for over 20 years,

relying entirely on repetitive, old-fashioned copy-and-paste activities. At the end of the year or when performance declines, the supervisor goes on a firing spree.

In her eyes, only unpaid overtime makes a good employee. As long as you refuse to handle her “side business,”

if she takes a dislike to you, she will discard you like an expired pineapple cake and ruthlessly fire you within a few days.
