I used to work at the Gjun branch in Miaoli. The work I ended up doing was different from what was discussed during the interview.
The supervisor was extremely biased, didn’t know how to lead or empathize with people, and pressured us to work overtime to pursue performance targets.
The senior employees didn’t know how to train others, pushed all kinds of miscellaneous tasks onto others, and acted very arrogantly.
They were arrogant and conceited, handled matters poorly, and when problems arose, they couldn’t explain things clearly and had no patience.
They were simply unfit to be a supervisor, and even made up their own rules—fining people for making mistakes?
What gives you the right? The work atmosphere was awful; it felt like jumping straight into a pit of fire.
