No clocking in or out.
A Chinese-owned company! The company’s HR and finance departments are in China... All our personal information is completely exposed!
The company is extremely disorganized! We even have to write a daily log...
The log has to detail how many hours were spent on each task...
You end up spending a huge amount of time writing the daily log every day, and that’s it...
Also, supervisors don’t actually read it after it’s submitted—what a waste of time!!
There is no overtime pay!! Because there’s no clocking in or out, they say it’s impossible to calculate overtime www so there’s no overtime pay wwww
You have to find your own time to take compensatory leave; if you’re busy, you simply can’t take it.... You basically can’t even submit it in the system @@
It’s basically a company with a responsibility-based work system... Run for the hills~
