1. Traditional industry; work process SOPs are not well established, resulting in everyone doing things their own way. PM requirements are unclear, and test requirements are often not documented in black and white; instead, people are simply told verbally what functions to test.
2. There are so many people in one department, yet there are only a tiny amount of snacks.
3. The restrooms are extremely small. After using the restroom and washing their hands, there are no paper towels, so everyone walks out with wet hands.
4. Individual packets of toilet paper are not provided; you have to bring your own.
5. The coffee machine requires payment (personally, I find this ridiculous—I have never encountered a workplace where you have to pay for coffee since entering the workforce).
6. Working hours are not completely flexible (there is a monthly allowance of 100 minutes for lateness, equivalent to only 5 minutes per day; beyond that, you have to take leave).
7. You cannot go out to buy drinks or snacks during working hours or take a short break. It feels exactly like being locked in a prison—extremely restrictive.
8. The software lacks quality, and the product architecture has major issues. Features that have been tested are released, yet not long afterward, problems reported by customers still come back.
The testing position is a terrible job. Do not go there under any circumstances.
