財團法人國際合作發展基金會
Pros

The HR staff were polite and professional.

Cons

The company sent five people to conduct a five-on-one interview, with the chairperson being the chairman of the board.

The interview process consisted of the five interviewers taking turns asking questions, while the interviewee could only passively answer.

The interviewee had no opportunity to find out anything they wanted to know in more detail until the very last moment.

Especially that chairperson.

They actually asked:

What would you do if your supervisor asked you to falsify the accounts in an unreasonable way?

Answer: I would argue from a regulatory perspective that it was inappropriate and recommend not doing it.

What would you do if your supervisor continued to ask you to do it?

Answer: I could only continue to argue from a regulatory perspective that it was inappropriate; otherwise, there would be problems during an audit.

What would you do if they insisted on doing it?

...

Fuck! By the time they asked this, I really regretted not just saying, “Then I would think your company has problems with its internal controls,” and getting up and leaving.

Was I supposed to suspect that this foundation’s accounts were not clean? Or think that the supervisor was a brainless political appointee?

Although I ultimately wasn’t hired, I wouldn’t have gone even if I had been. Who are they trying to make laugh by repeatedly asking such fucking stupid questions? ==

Although this happened several years ago, considering all my past interview experiences, this place was definitely the most absurd.
