Pros
One pack of toilet paper every month for wiping away your tears.
Cons
The year-end bonus paid in three installments is really hard to receive.
As soon as you mention resigning, even if you are still employed on the payment date, the company will not give it to you anyway.
After all, the contract does not say it is guaranteed. The year-end bonus is a favor from the company to you—if you get it, be grateful; if you do not, do not complain.
