Everyone at this company really does their own thing. Loud talking, arguing—you name it, they do it. Several people spend work hours reading novels, watching sports, or slacking off.
Some departments are staffed to the brim: two or three people work on a single project, and some people are not responsible for any project at all. They have it incredibly easy.
The year-end bonus is split into three portions, with one-third paid every three months and the full amount paid out over six months.
If you are disobedient or resign early, it is forfeited.
Working overtime until you are exhausted and giving it your all is useless. Those who know how to manage people and say what sounds good get the top performance ratings.
You can only hire the kind of employees that match the kind of boss you have. Ultimately, the company lacks vision; as for the stock price, who knows.
