I'm here to help everyone avoid this pitfall~
1. You have to juggle multiple roles alone, and no one will thank you. It's normal to be blamed first whenever there's a problem.
2. It's a family business, so you have to watch people's moods. Even people with excellent stress tolerance can't withstand the mental and physical abuse, along with unprovoked outbursts and table-pounding.
3. You work very hard on the materials, only to have all your efforts dismissed with: *“Do you think I have time to read this? I don't have that much time.”*
4. The role is practically equivalent to being a secretary. In addition to handling work matters, you also have to take care of private schedules.
There are no drawbacks you can't imagine—it's practically a workplace horror story.
That's all. If you can accept these basic points, you can test your own stress tolerance by giving it a try. After all, the only thing you'll learn here is improved stress tolerance; your other professional abilities will effectively remain at zero.
