Thinking about it
1. When HR called, they were unprofessional and even forgot which interviewee they were supposed to contact, so they had to look up the information again on the spot to confirm my identity.
2. The processes for setting up various systems and account permissions are time-consuming. Even with manuals and instructions, carrying them out in practice is still quite cumbersome.
3. There are many forms to fill out, with complicated and detailed requirements, including numerous confidentiality agreements and strict regulations that are difficult to understand.
4. The interview process does not show enough respect for candidates. HR's interview scheduling is disorganized, and communication and response times are extremely slow.
5. They first asked me to provide my availability for interviews the following week, but did not respond until that week, then asked me to provide availability for the week after that instead.
6. The interviewing manager claimed that notification of the interview results would be sent within one to two weeks, but in reality, no notification email was ever sent.
7. When I proactively messaged HR afterward to ask about the interview result, they simply read the message without replying. Their overall attitude was quite perfunctory.
8. These small details in the interviews and communications clearly reveal the company's lack of interpersonal courtesy.
9. Most of the internal courses teach content that is not particularly practical, making the training feel like it was arranged merely for appearances.
10. It is unclear whether this is to save costs or simply to go through the motions, but the overall quality of the training is poor.
11. Managers frequently give different or even contradictory instructions, making it quite difficult to carry out the actual work.
