1. Free lunch is provided (with fruit every time), and they very thoughtfully conduct satisfaction surveys periodically to improve the lunches.
2. There is hot water for washing your hands in the restroom in winter.
3. Free parking spaces.
4. Family care leave / (for new employees) annual leave—better than required by the Labor Standards Act.
5. Employees are encouraged to use their annual leave (giving them another legitimate reason to take time off); any unused leave is also settled as salary.
6. Scholarships are provided for employees’ children, with very generous amounts.
1. Transportation: There is a bus stop nearby (with relatively long intervals between buses), so driving or riding a scooter is more convenient.
2. The year-end banquet is usually held at the factory (with a tent set up outdoors). Although heaters are thoughtfully provided when the weather is cold, it is still not as comfortable as being indoors.
