Human Resources and Finance hold the power; employee training = 0.
The company is still holding on only because of the servility of every internal employee.
If you're just looking for a job, then come here.
Cons
The salary is not high, but it is stable.
At this Japanese company, one person is made to do the work of several; stingy.
An annual raise of 200; nothing else.
The two months of guaranteed year-end bonus are based on your basic salary. No one's base salary is high.
