Here’s a workplace horror story

📌You may be given a hard time for using the restroom outside of break times.

📌One colleague has a two-faced personality and tends to take their emotions out on others, making them very difficult to deal with. On the surface, they are friendly to everyone and chat and laugh with us, but then they turn around and complain to our supervisor about us, saying this or that. For example, when overtime assignments were being discussed, they said at the time that they had no objections and agreed with everything, but afterward they privately told the supervisor that it was unfair.

Over time, this inconsistent attitude made it difficult to know how to interact with them. In the end, we were instead accused of bullying them.
