The interview took place on a sofa
A male and a female business manager (one bald and the other with a big afro
They arrived late, swaggering in one after the other with coffee in hand
They clearly hadn't read anything written in the application materials
Halfway through the interview, they checked their watches and phones and answered calls
They made no effort to hide their impatience, exchanging mocking looks
If I hadn't known better, I would have thought they were having a coffee-shop sisters' get-together
Extremely disrespectful to the interviewee—the worst experience I've had in an interview
