It is a family business, and some family members are very arrogant. They are all managers in the company and treat employees in completely different ways: employees they like are treated as family, while those they dislike are ordered around like servants. They also criticize people’s appearance. If work is delayed or mistakes are made by one of their own family members, you may still be blamed for it. Management is extremely strict. After working there for 10 months, I was so stressed that I lost half my hair. I strongly advise anyone considering an interview to think very carefully.
