I interviewed for an R&D Assistant position at Chih Hung Technology Co., Ltd., and the overall process went smoothly!
The supervisor was also quite direct in explaining that the company manufactures automobiles and parts. The actual job duties weren’t overly vague, which I really appreciated.
After joining the company, I found that the work pace was fairly steady. Someone provides guidance during the initial stage, and the main responsibilities involve assisting with organizing R&D data, test records, and basic analysis. Although the tasks are somewhat detail-oriented, you can gain hands-on exposure to the R&D process, making it quite suitable for newcomers looking to build experience～～
One minor drawback is that the office is relatively quiet, and administrative procedures can occasionally be a bit slow. People who prefer a very fast-paced environment may need some time to adjust.
