The HR representative was quite talkative.
The IT manager seemed strange and difficult to get along with.
They asked the interviewee to state their expected salary. The interviewee said it was according to company policy.
Manager: How old are you? What’s there to be afraid of?
Interviewee: At least 1 million annually.
They talked for a long time, but in the end the company couldn’t afford it—and they didn’t even dare say how much the company could offer.
The manager also directly accused the interviewee of being rude simply because the interviewee hadn’t put down their bag.
With a manager who has such a temper and makes such sarcastic, passive-aggressive remarks, it’s no wonder the previous employee resigned.
