Although cross-departmental collaboration can involve differing positions and occasional arguments, every department is actually working toward the company’s growth. Through communication, it is still possible to find a balance. I guess all companies encounter similar issues...
As for benefits, the company provides all the essentials. They may not be as exceptionally generous as those in the tech industry, but they’re not bad either!
Traditional industries may not be suitable for everyone.
