Although different departments naturally have their own perspectives when collaborating across departments, and may occasionally argue, every department is ultimately thinking about the company’s growth. After communicating, it’s still possible to find a balance. I guess all companies encounter similar issues…
As for the benefits, they include everything you would expect. They may not be as exceptionally generous as those in the tech industry, but they’re not bad either!
Traditional industries may not be suitable for everyone.
