This place seems suitable for people just entering the workforce who want to gain experience, but can accept being verbally abused and are mentally very strong.

For everyone’s information.

An unfriendly workplace with no comprehensive employee training. Your designs will constantly be rejected, and there is no design freedom. Even drafts that clients have already approved and requested changes to may be asked to be rearranged again, along with countless other horror stories.

1. The company is very small, and there are major management problems. You may be yelled at for things that aren’t your responsibility until you start feeling as if you really did something wrong.

It’s unclear whether you’re supposed to be managed by the boss’s wife or the boss. After a design is completed, the boss’s wife may say it’s okay, but the boss thinks there’s a problem. Then, after redesigning it, the boss’s wife asks why it had to be redesigned. Could you two please communicate with each other before running a company? :)

2. Before a design is sent out, it will be revised again and again. One moment they want style A, the next they want style B. Eventually, the deadline is delayed and the client’s delivery deadline is missed. You will then be blamed for lacking ability and be asked to accept a demotion and pay cut.

3. The boss speaks very abstractly, so you have no idea what he is talking about. Then you get lectured for being too slow and not finishing things.

Once you are singled out, everything you do will be considered a problem.

4. The boss won’t even look at the things you designed before saying that your design is unacceptable and must be redone. The boss’s designs are the ones that are unacceptable, haha 😚

5. Work must be arranged through a system.

They don’t give you time to become familiar with the system, nor do they provide training; they just assume it’s your own problem.

I have to ask: what job expects you to know everything without being taught?

6. At a small company, you’re expected to handle the entire process, while also dealing with attacks from both the boss and employees. Many clients are difficult too. If a client doesn’t reply, you’ll be told to hurry up and follow up for confirmation; but if you proactively seek the client’s confirmation, you’ll be told not to pressure the client. What exactly do you want me to do? 😃

7. You have to work as a secretary too, constantly following up with the boss about progress, deliveries, issuing invoices, and so on. If you don’t ask proactively, they’ll even ask why you didn’t follow up.

It’s hilarious—if something is assigned to the boss, shouldn’t the boss be responsible for handling it? Why do employees still have to chase them? ^_^

Who makes their employees remind them about this and that? Even after you do it, they turn around and ask why you didn’t follow up on the subsequent progress. You take the goods back yourself without saying anything—do you think employees can read minds?

8. They dismiss people on a whim and don’t even pay severance. Maybe they don’t know what severance pay is, since this company even calculates overtime pay arbitrarily.

9. Salaries have never been paid on time. Every month they say they were too busy the previous month. Which month isn’t busy, exactly? I have to ask ^_^ Employees even have to ask for their money. How ridiculous.

10. There are very few employees, but an enormous amount of work. New projects keep coming in, and urgent jobs keep being inserted.

11. A small company with a shortage of every kind of equipment. Every time, we can’t even find a utility knife—what the heck, haha.

12. Besides loving to belittle people, the boss also likes looking down on the companies you previously worked for. How hilarious—you’re the one with nothing here, yet you still dare laugh at others.

13. They spend all day interviewing people. How hilarious.

There’s no way the horror stories people saw six years ago are still happening now, right?

I’ve really seen it all.

Anyone with work experience would never want to stay in this hellhole. ^^

If this company wants to find good employees, it will have to wait until the next life.

There’s a reason many bosses are unfit for the job.
