The office environment is bright, with an open-plan seating arrangement. The HR and reception staff were friendly.
Only in-person interviews are offered; online interviews are not available. Applicants from outside the area need to assess the costs of taking time off and transportation themselves.
The interview involved high-pressure, real-time questioning. The presentation was repeatedly interrupted in an assertive manner, making it difficult to fully explain the background and thought process. Applicants who expect two-way discussion and respect for the pace of their presentation may feel uncomfortable.
The interviewers’ approach to and follow-up questions on some topics were relatively superficial, but they were highly controlling. Overall, the interaction felt more like one-way interrogation than a professional dialogue. They were unable to provide specific and consistent explanations regarding the product positioning, actual pain points, and short- to medium-term implementation plans, suggesting that the internal direction still needs clarification.
The result was not communicated proactively after the interview. Approximately two weeks later, after the applicant followed up, a standard thank-you letter was sent. Applicants who value respect, the quality of two-way dialogue, and timely feedback are advised to consider carefully.
