Through a supplier referral, I interviewed for the position of Mechanical Engineer and gained a general understanding of the company’s internal situation.
*After speaking with the assistant manager, I realized that people who truly understand how to get things done and are capable of doing so speak directly and without beating around the bush. They are concise and clear, while also giving others a sense of security.
*The company happened to be preparing for a small afternoon tea gathering, and the atmosphere seemed great. The Christmas decorations also created a strong holiday atmosphere.
*The company is growing during its expansion phase, which makes people want to join and strive together.
I look forward to hearing the interview results and sincerely hope to join.
*As mentioned above, there may be a slight sense of instability during the company’s development and expansion phase. However, after seeing how the assistant manager and other supervisors’ designs are aligned with the market and industry, it seems this may not really be a disadvantage.
