1. The reception staff are efficient.
2. The retail manager is friendly.
3. The office is bright and tidy.
4. You can hear the office staff chatting and laughing; the atmosphere is pleasant.
1. They promised to notify me whether I was accepted, but in the end I discovered on my own that the position had been closed. They broke their promise.
2. The HR interview questions touched little on professional expertise and instead felt more like an attempt to pry into gossip using information they had.
3. The tone was calm throughout, but the wording was quite aggressive.
(For example, they repeatedly emphasized that the department manager's management style was highly pressuring, or repeatedly asked why I had not applied for equivalent positions at other brands.) This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.
4. They conducted a reference check without my consent even though I was not accepted—or perhaps they never intended to hire me at all—which was disrespectful of my privacy.
5. The hiring notification period is three to six months; everyone is merely a backup candidate.
I originally applied with enthusiasm for the brand, but this series of regrettable experiences only made me feel disrespected. It also led me to imagine that their respect for employees or customers must be quite limited as well. So I will bid farewell to the youth I once spent as a customer.
I wish this company continued smooth development.
