There are snacks available to eat during work hours.
The workday is 10 hours long, with no break time. Overtime pay is only provided for work exceeding 10 hours, and it is calculated based on the base salary. For meals, you are allowed to go out to buy food and bring it back to eat.
If there are customers during your meal, you still have to continue serving them.
The supervisor has a very bad temper, treats people differently, picks and chooses tasks, and chats with sales staff or calls and talks with others during work hours.
The supervisor goes back on their word, has a poor memory, leaves work early, and looks for reasons to scold people when in a bad mood.
The company does not provide an annual bonus. Salaries are paid on the 10th of each month; if it falls on a public holiday, payment is postponed.
