The advantages are probably that there are a few days each month when you can leave work early.
Even if you are late and leave early every day, you may not necessarily be dismissed.

5. During the first few days of work, they teach you where the boss should sit and where the client should sit when getting into the vehicle, as well as dining etiquette. All of these are part of newcomer training.
