The new office is okay.
The senior manager in the administration department is extremely mean. Even the company’s outsourced cleaners are treated as though a vicious mother-in-law were lecturing her daughter-in-law.
The general affairs and plant operations staff member was also driven away. They foolishly publicized that a certain employee worked overtime without requesting compensatory leave or overtime pay, made sacrifices for the company, and was exceptionally outstanding.
The senior manager herself has extremely poor communication and coordination skills, but is good at reporting complaints and gossiping. She is a senior employee within the general manager’s circle of trust.
However, the company is in a growth phase, and this is genuinely holding back its progress.
