There is a break room with tea and a refrigerator where you can heat up food.
During the ridiculously long working hours, if the company happens not to pressure you into doing work while you are on standby, you can stay at your desk on standby while doing your own things.
Whether you earn more or less, the workload will reproduce asexually, allowing you to greatly deepen and broaden your understanding of the Labor Standards Act and exploitative bosses.
The emergency relief fund marked on the job bank is actually a fixed deduction from your salary (when you join, you will be asked whether you want to have it deducted), and the company will not proactively help you apply for it.
There is no base salary, yet employees are forced to clock in, submit leave reports, and report their itineraries when going out. Annual leave is denied on the grounds of insufficient staffing, and naturally it cannot be exchanged for pay at the year-end settlement either. It is falsely presented as a contract position but is actually employment, with working hours as long as eleven hours. You can only go home an hour early on holidays or when there are enough people on the shift (the company is chronically understaffed).
If customer traffic is stable and the sales staff can make money, it might barely be acceptable. Now that customers are not buying, the company only turns around and makes things difficult for the sales staff. It is a company that treats the Labor Standards Act as if it were nonexistent.
For most of their working hours, sales staff must remain on standby. The promised breaks to go out after clocking in are often neither seen nor enjoyed. Even so, the company still considers the time you spend eating while on standby, or replying to customers’ messages while on standby, to be rest time. The company believes it has already shown great mercy by not restricting what you do during standby, so even if I tie you down for 11 hours in this falsely presented contract position that is actually employment, I still will not pay you overtime 🖤
