The interview took place in a residential building. It felt like a very cramped, tiny office space. The supervisor at the first stage was fairly polite, mainly asking about my past work experience and having me share my portfolio, primarily to confirm my project capabilities! The second stage was the main event: the company owner. Just as you would find through a Google search, he had an extremely strong gangster-brother aura. There was also a very strange altar in the office. I’m not being superstitious, but usually someone would have to be spiritually sensitive to place an altar in an office that was already so small!!! Sure enough, as soon as the other party opened his mouth, he launched into an earth-shaking, extremely rude tirade of nonsense. In the end, the only thing I heard was, “Can you accept this?” I merely nodded slightly! After that, he began asking questions in a very low-level manner, acting like, “I’m the big shot paying the money. You damn people taking my money are here to provide solutions!!!!” He even flew into a rage and shouted, “I want to make a profit immediately!” He was extremely neurotic!!! I reluctantly said one or two sentences, and he immediately began shouting that I was wasting his time!!!! He became so completely unhinged that I........ I only wanted to say, “Get the hell out of here.” A boss who makes things difficult for people in every possible way during an interview will never lead to a good outcome if you join the company! This is the conclusion from my life experience~ Anyway, the other party also seemed to dislike me, so the interview ended hastily!!!
I wasted two hours going to meet someone who was extremely rude, unreasonable, and disrespectful of professional expertise. Even the 40-dollar transportation fare was wasted on a company and a person like this~~ I advise all normal people: unless you are in debt or owed them something in a past life, under no circumstances should you think you will be the lucky exception!!!!!
Absolutely do not spend time interviewing
And absolutely do not spend time joining the company
Anyone would regret it
By the way~~ his way of asking questions was unbelievably amateurish!!! It was obvious he was a complete layperson!!! This business will only make money in the afterlife
