The company provided a detailed introduction to its background during the in-person interview.
1. The interview process took quite a long time—nearly three hours in total, including a written test, a computer-based test, and an on-site presentation—which was more demanding than a typical interview schedule.
2. Although this was only the interview stage, a large amount of information had to be provided in advance, including original transcripts, resulting in relatively high preparation costs.
3. The subsequent review process explained during the interview did not match the process actually carried out. We were initially told that the materials would be submitted for review first, followed by a second interview, but this was not how the process was actually conducted, resulting in a waste of time for both parties.
4. I initially applied for Position A, but later received a notification stating that Position B was considered a better fit and that a phone interview for that position would be arranged instead. However, after the phone interview, when I asked whether there would be any further contact, I did not receive any further response.
