Two days off per week
Everyone working there is a company shareholder who treats themselves like the boss.
The work requirements are all based on A saying one thing and B saying another. If you follow A’s instructions and B doesn’t like it, B will immediately yell at you.
They pay you the lowest salary, yet expect you to teach yourself a bunch of Linux and other programming skills. But after only a few months, the company starts angrily demanding results from you.
They pay you a miserable salary while also requiring you to study a bunch of work-related things after hours.
Even when you ask for guidance on something you have never encountered before, they still berate you for only calling for engineering assistance at the last minute.
They expect you to work as a customer service representative and answer the phone, but you have no permission to access the back-end system. If you transfer a call even once, they scold you, saying, “If you don’t understand, don’t transfer calls randomly.”
Because of these issues, they may call you to the front during a meeting and make you stand there while berating you for an hour, demanding that a fresh graduate like you reflect seriously on your behavior.
Even after you leave and work at another company for several years, they may still call your new company and badmouth you to your supervisor and boss.
All I can say is: before joining this company, think very carefully about all of these issues. Otherwise, this kind of company may damage your job-search prospects and affect your next job.
