Taking time off is easy

The supervisor is also the company owner, so everything, big or small, has to go through the owner, making it difficult to work independently. It seems like the company was started by someone who only has a superficial understanding of things. The company has not been established for long and is small, with fewer than 10 employees. During my time there, countless inexperienced employees came and went; many were not from the relevant field and did not stay long, or found that the salary differed from what they expected and that the training was incomplete. In addition, everything, big or small, has to be arranged by the owner before work can proceed, making it a place with no sense of accomplishment. Regarding the job openings posted on the recruitment website (the benefits can be seen but cannot actually be obtained), if you can find something better, do not set foot in this company. You will not learn relevant experience; you will only learn that you have to ask about everything. The work environment is very dirty. Sensitive individuals need not consider it, as they will feel very uncomfortable. The owner has strong subjective opinions and does not listen to others, whether their feedback is positive or negative. The owner has a poor memory, and if things are not documented, misunderstandings frequently occur at work. Be careful!!!
