A NT$60 lunch box plus unlimited coffee
First, the work environment is unsafe (every day I have to go to the warehouse to take inventory of parts. Forklifts are constantly driving back and forth nearby, with people and vehicles competing for the same space, so accidents can easily happen. I am anxious every day, afraid of being hit by a forklift.); second, there is no proper training for new employees (before starting, the supervisor gives new hires a stack of operating SOPs and tells them to study all the basic procedures inside. There are also frequent short quizzes to check whether you have thoroughly studied the SOPs. If you perform poorly, you will be harshly criticized, with the explanation that the company is spending money not to have you come and learn, but to have you become immediately capable of doing the job. They believe these procedures should all be studied thoroughly at home, rather than having you look at the materials while working; third, the responsibility-based system means no overtime pay. The boss expects you to reply to customers' emails on the same day. Even when I was ready to leave, had already shut down my computer, and had just stepped out of the company, I was called back to handle them. Before leaving every day, we also have to clean the office. The company does not hire cleaning staff, so we have to clean the office before leaving each day, which means the actual departure time is well past the official end of the workday. What I find most unacceptable is that the salary was not the NT$40,000–80,000 stated on 104 Job Bank, but only NT$35,000. My previous salary was NT$48,000. I could accept NT$40,000 for a new job if the work were easy, but I cannot accept a company that offers only NT$35,000 while demanding so much.
