The company’s benefits are quite good: flexible working hours, a 1.5-hour lunch break, three days of paid annual leave upon joining, overtime pay, a snack and beverage bar, monthly company dinners, weekly afternoon tea, employee parking spaces, and other subsidies.
The location is also convenient—you can walk to Xike Railway Station. There is also a free shuttle to the MRT station, as well as bus stops nearby. Floors B1 through 3 are all part of a shopping mall, making it very convenient to buy things and eat.
Except for a few individuals, most colleagues are easy to get along with.
When equipment or other items need to be purchased, approvals are relatively straightforward.
Overtime is very infrequent, and overtime pay plus compensatory time off are provided.

The boss and vice president like to make grand promises but fail to follow through, so their credibility is not very high.
The boss, vice president, and that assistant manager like to provoke conflicts between departments, which has a significant impact on cross-departmental cooperation and the emotional atmosphere at work.
