When this company notifies you to come for an interview, it is best—really, do not go!!!
Two minutes after going in, what the hell is the person interviewing me talking about?
As soon as they opened their mouth, they questioned whether I had the ability to do this job and my level of professionalism, and how I would respond to unexpected situations on site....... (They clearly had serious doubts about my abilities.)
They talked about the performance of previous employees......! ""None of this has anything to do with me."""
Certificates obtained through one's abilities were disparaged as useless!!!
When discussing salary, they very readily cut it down to the industry minimum, and still expected me to state my expected salary!
Having only six days off per month already violates the Labor Standards Act!
With this way of recruiting employees, even if you were hired, you would not want to go work there!!!
Finally... their attitude when speaking was not good at all. They acted as if you owed them a lot of money and they were asking when you were finally going to pay it back!!!
