Interactions with HR and managers were quite comfortable, and they also answered questions "for the most part" in a positive manner.
Employees are required to arrive at the company five minutes early every day, and the company does morning exercises. Although participation is said to be voluntary and intended with employees’ well-being in mind, what would both sides think if someone arriving late encountered people doing morning exercises? And why are morning exercises necessary?
The monthly salary is not particularly high; the annual salary is used to make up for it. They even say that including overtime and business-trip allowances, the annual salary can reach one million. (Overtime hours vary, with average monthly overtime ranging from 40 to 70 hours.)
Those who like making money but do not care about quality of life can work there.
