Pros

Efficient at deducting money; quick resignation procedures

Employees are treated like slaves, customers like gods

Lure you to the stores, trick you into buying machines

The company makes plenty of money, while employees get plenty deducted

What the company says goes; overtime is calculated however they please

An established company seems stable, but there is a lot of hidden, murky business

Advertised salaries are high, but deductions for customer complaints are also high

Managers talk about reason, but it is all twisted logic

Welcome the challenge

Cons

Customer-service technicians are the company’s toilet paper. When there are many service calls, they recruit like crazy and lure people in with high salaries. When there are fewer calls, they threaten employees with deductions and try to make technicians resign. Only those who perform relatively well have a chance of getting documentation for involuntary termination; otherwise, the company uses all kinds of excuses to make you resign voluntarily—deductions, uncleared inventory, and so on—so that you leave without getting your money. Managers only say it is company policy. Also, the machines used for training on disassembly and installation are C-brand machines, but the machines you actually service are Qianshan machines. They tell you to watch how senior technicians install them and call to ask if you do not know? That is the customer-service technician’s training. After you have serviced Qianshan machines for a while, they ask you to install C-brand machines, which you have long since forgotten how to do... Technicians are also expected to take responsibility for customers’ problems. Any customer complaint means a deduction, and poor installation also means a deduction. With training that bad... how are you supposed to install anything properly? The company’s attitude is to lure people in with high salaries, let them take it easy for about a month, and then start assigning installations, even though they know nothing. They have to call senior technicians to ask how to install things, but those senior technicians have often only been there for a few months themselves... The company is unwilling to cultivate professional technicians, yet wants to provide comprehensive service—it is like wanting a good horse but refusing to feed it. No wonder there are so many negative reviews. Oh, and the company requires customer-service technicians to ask customers at their homes to leave five-star reviews. If they do not, you get a demerit and a deduction; otherwise, they say you are not cooperating with company policy and tell you to get lost. They also do everything they can to persuade customers to withdraw negative reviews, then compensate the customers. The compensation comes out of the pockets of the technicians and office staff.

Now let’s talk about assistant store managers in sales. Doing this job well is simple: lie!!! Do everything possible to trick customers into buying more, or buying more expensive machines. If you are not good at deceiving people, you may earn even less than a customer-service technician. Then there is a manager named Wang who oversees the whole country and is completely self-centered. He talks about how he used to sell cars and how he now earns over a hundred thousand a month... When subordinates have problems, he resolves them casually, according to his own ideas, without considering employees’ feelings at all. Office staff work 9.5 hours a day. They say there is a one-hour meal break in the middle, but in reality, you cannot properly rest. Managers only say, “The company gives you an hour; if you don’t take it, don’t blame the company.” There is also someone at headquarters named Mi who causes trouble every day—harassing technicians and office staff. They call it auditing to make it sound nice, but there is absolutely no logic to it. Yet this person will say that you are illogical and will never admit to having a problem. During my time there, two store managers quit directly without handing over their duties, and I had to help clean up the aftermath. Why did both store managers quit without notice? Because the company deliberately messes with people’s mindsets. Basically, if you want to leave, then leave; if they want to deduct your money, they will, using all kinds of excuses to say that you did a bad job and so on. But the company never taught you how to do the work in the first place. They only criticize you afterward, asking why you did not ask. In fact, you did ask—but not the right person... because of course you cannot do the work if you do not ask. You only asked someone more senior, though. The departments are also extremely antagonistic toward one another. Basically, if I deduct your money, I make money: if the store manager’s sales performance is poor but the sales assistant manager’s is good, they deduct money from the store manager and give it to the sales assistant manager. Even if you work very hard and conscientiously, the company will not appreciate you; it will only think that doing so is your obligation. If you make even one small mistake, they deduct money. This is truly an utterly pathetic company. Anyone who places great importance on emotional well-being should think twice. Otherwise, you will be worn down completely and exploited until not a drop is left. Finally, I wish all job seekers could avoid bad companies.
