The voice of the person who called from 104 sounded good.
The salary they offer is high, but after joining, major and minor demerits happen constantly. A major demerit results in a 5,000 deduction, a minor demerit in a 3,000 deduction, and there is also a 1,500 deduction for a reprimand warning.
Training consists of watching videos and calling senior colleagues with questions.
The company tells you to say to customers that the company will compensate them for everything.
The so-called compensation is deducted from employees’ pay and given to customers.
As for the so-called bonuses, if even one matter is not handled properly,
or if you encounter leftover problems from the previous senior employee that were not properly dealt with,
then forget about getting a bonus.
They say the salary listed on 104 is 50,000 or 46,000.
Do you think you can receive it on the 10th? Keep dreaming.
The bonus comes in on the 20th (depending on your luck).
The reason the salary is divided into base pay and bonuses
is obviously so the company can arbitrarily take away the bonus.
Think about it: after labor and health insurance deductions, how much is left from a salary of 32,000?
Our senior colleagues cannot even pay the traffic tickets they receive while driving company cars within the same month.
Bring your own recording pen. You have to pay parking fees upfront yourself; the company will reimburse you only after you submit a claim. You also have to front the cost of tools yourself.
If an invoice bearing the company’s tax ID is not successfully returned to headquarters,
you will not get back the money you paid upfront either.
So what exactly does the company guarantee?
