Suitable for people with no other options.
1. They treat employees like easy targets, requiring you to travel a long distance to support an information technology exhibition and return the same day, without counting the commuting time as work hours.
2. The company sets the air conditioning temperature very high and then says employees cannot endure hardship.
3. Every day, you have to take inventory and put hundreds of products on the shelves. This is the most infuriatingly stupid work I have ever done.
4. Employees compete with one another for sales and engage in backstabbing.
5. Definitely do not go to a large store; the pay is actually lower than at a small store.
The company's attitude is basically, 'If you quit, there are plenty of other fresh easy targets to take your place.' If you have other options, don't stay.
