1. They treat employees like disposable pawns, requiring you to travel a long distance to support an IT expo and return the same day, without counting the commuting time as working hours.
2. The company sets the air conditioning temperature very high and then says that employees cannot endure hardship.
3. Every day, you have to take inventory and put hundreds of products on the shelves. This is the most idiotic work I have ever done.
4. Employees compete with one another for sales and engage in intrigue.
5. Do not go to a large store—the salary is actually lower than at a small store.
The company’s attitude is basically, “If you quit, there are plenty of other fresh disposable pawns to take your place.” If you have a choice, don’t stay.
