The experience of interviewing for the project management position was quite good.

My previous job was in a traditional industry, and the office was basically like a factory, so this time I paid more attention to the work environment when looking for a job.

The company is conveniently located, and the office environment is comfortable. I took a quick look at the hardware, pantry, and so on, and they seemed quite OK. It made a good first impression.

During the interview, the HR representative and the other interviewers were friendly. Their way of asking questions made me feel relaxed; they did not put on airs or seem cold and distant. It felt like there would be quite a lot of room to work independently and make my own contributions.

The office employees appeared to be relatively young overall, which was very different from my previous job~ The atmosphere also seemed pretty good.

It would be better if they could explain the job responsibilities in more detail~ But other companies have the same issue too.
