Cons
1. Hiring interns without a comprehensive training structure, while also being unwilling to train them, wastes both the employer’s and interns’ time. Internal senior management has inconsistent requirements.
2. Work efficiency is extremely low. The company wants to demonstrate flexibility and allow subordinates to develop freely, but when results are submitted, it also requires a standardized format.
