Located above the Xindian District Office building, close to the MRT station, with convenient transportation; the building is clean and tidy; beverages are provided in the company and can be taken freely.
The company is small, but all the colleagues are quite easy to get along with. We discuss things and help one another, so the work atmosphere is good.
There is very little overtime, and usually no one is left within 15 minutes after the end of the workday. Occasionally, overtime is needed before a project deadline. You can apply for overtime, and although management may check in, they mainly want to know whether there is anything they can do to find someone to share the workload and provide assistance.
A startup company with traditional-industry systems, but at least everything is legal.
