I am a former employee of Kaopu for many years.
1. This company improves every year.
2. It provides all the benefits it should.
3. Employee gatherings and activities strengthen employees’ sense of belonging.
4. The salary package and year-end bonus are higher than those of other companies in the same industry.
5. The department managers all have a certain level of professional expertise. There are no parachuted managers who know nothing and make things difficult for you.
6. The chairman and vice president both value their employees and gradually improve the benefits.
7. Compared with equipment manufactured by other companies in the same industry, this company’s costs are higher, but its quality is also better.
8. If an employee has difficulties, the vice president is willing to talk with them privately.
9. There are many family-owned businesses in Taiwan, but Kaopu is a very good family-owned business.
10. You can learn things at this company, and people are willing to teach you. Although Taiwan has a labor shortage, most companies are looking for workers who can get started immediately. Many companies nowadays leave employees to fend for themselves and figure things out on their own. Looking back at my former company now, it was much better.
I have no connection with Kaopu whatsoever… I simply worked elsewhere in the same industry and, after going around the industry, realized that the original company was the best. My former supervisor would help and manage things. I was young and inexperienced back then, and now I regret leaving this family.
If you have something to compare it with, this company’s shortcomings don’t really count as shortcomings.
