No advantages
I recommend not coming to this company and wasting your time.
There are definitely better options elsewhere.
1. Salaries are below market rates and do not match what is standard for each position.
2. The work location may not necessarily be in Taichung.
3. There is no training. New employees are sent directly to job sites, and the colleagues on-site may not necessarily be capable of training newcomers.
4. The rules for promotions and salary adjustments are unclear and subject to rolling changes. They say one thing today and change their position shortly afterward.
5. The company has few resources and limited staff. If work cannot be completed on schedule, you have to work overtime.
6. However, the company may not ask external support staff for help; instead, it will let your progress continue to be delayed, requiring you to keep working overtime to catch up.
7. You cannot rest after work. The boss will constantly send messages in the LINE group, sometimes even directly @TAGging you by name.
8. Managers are subjected to the most severe bombardment of fatigue and pressure.
There are many more shortcomings and problems—too many to list.
I strongly recommend not coming to this company and wasting your time.
