For context, I interviewed for a front-end engineer position.
The interview process was very simple.
After I finished introducing myself,
the interviewer did not ask any technical questions.
They only asked some basic questions,
then introduced the projects currently available,
and asked how soon I could start work,
what my expected salary was,
and whether I would mind being stationed at a client site, among other things.
Before the interview, I was asked to fill out a Word document they provided,
but I did not fill it out.
I asked the HR representative what the purpose of filling out the document was.
They said they mainly wanted to understand my "areas of expertise,"
using a scale like this: 5. Very proficient, 4. Proficient, 3. Skilled, 2. Practical experience, 1. Have studied but no practical experience.
